Vitamin C

Vitamin C was first discovered in 1912. It is a soluble vitamin found in most fruits from the citrus plant. Because of the high amount of vitamin C in some things, it can cure people. As a result, lives are saved because of Vitamin C. This shows that vitamin C is very powerful. And because of that, Vitamin C is an essential need.

Vitamin C was first discovered in 1912, isolated in 1928, and, in 1933, was the first to be chemically produced. This is an inexpensive generic and over-the-counter medication. Partly for its discovery, Albert Szent-Györgyi and Walter Norman Haworth were respectively awarded the Nobel Prizes in Physiology and medicine and Chemistry in 1937. This was well deserved.

Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin found in various foods. Vitamin C mostly comes from citrus fruits and other fruits, which may have a sharp taste, but prolonged storage or cooking may reduce the content of vitamin C in the food. Mostly Vitamin C is in fruits from the citrus plant. A citrus plant fruit has a lot of vitamins, but Kakadu Plum has 100 times more vitamins than an orange, a citrus plant fruit. Vitamin C is an essential vitamin due to various reasons. The most important one is that it repairs your tissues. Some other thing it does is that Vitamin C can also cure scurvy.

How else does Vitamin C help in curing people? Vitamin C is a supernatural source because if a mega dose is used, it can cure many disorders. For example, diabetes, atherosclerosis, cataracts, stroke, heart diseases and so on. As mentioned before, vitamin C repairs your tissues. That is right, but it also helps in the growth and development of the tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including the formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the proper functioning of the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth. It is an indispensable item that cannot go to waste.

Foods with vitamin C have lots of power. They can increase your blood antioxidant levels by 30%. This causes the body to help fight inflammation. This will happen if you consume lots of vitamin C. It also will help you reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

Overall, vitamin C is an essential need and should be a basic need for people who have chronic diseases. Vitamin C can have a good effect on your health, and the more health benefits you get, it will be better. Although you should consume lots of vitamin C, it is not good for your body if you have it way too much.
